Step 01.

We meticulously choose strong, healthy hair that has never undergone any chemical treatment. Our selection process focuses on Remy Hair, ensuring that the hair maintains a consistent direction from root to tip and intact cuticles.

Step 02.

Our careful and delicate depigmentation process aims to bleach the hair while preserving the integrity of the cuticles and respecting the natural hair structure.

Step 03.

Following depigmentation, we utilize gentle products to dye the wigs. The hair is divided and colored in various shades, including black, brown, red, blond, and intermediate tones. Additionally, we offer Two-tone color, Piano color, and Balayage rooted color options.

Step 04.

In our hand-tied cap construction, each individual hair is meticulously tied by hand onto materials that are gentle on the skin. Single hairs are usually knotted along parts and front edges of the wig, while up to eight hairs may be knotted together in the crown area.

Step 05.

Once the wig is fully ventilated and all the hair is attached, it is carefully removed from the wooden block and turned inside out. The inside surface of the wig is then pressed with a heated iron to securely fasten the knots.

Step 06.

The completed wig is affixed to a soft block for styling. The hair is gently dampened using a wet comb, and curls are created using pincurls, rollers, or cotton forms. A net is placed over the wig, which is then dried in a warm oven.

Step 07.

After removing the pins, the curls are combed and styled as desired. A net is carefully positioned over the finished style, and the wig is placed back in the oven to set the hairstyle.

Step 08.

During the production process, we conduct multiple inspections to ensure that each step meets our quality standards. This includes hair depigmentation, dyeing, knotting, drying, and styling, among others. Our craftsmen closely monitor each step to ensure consistency and stability in product quality.

Step 09.

To ensure that our wigs reach their destination in perfect condition, we adhere to proper packing procedures when shipping them from one location to another.

Step 10.

After the products are completed, we conduct a final quality inspection. This includes checking the color, texture, density, structure of the hair, as well as the quality of the cap construction. Only products that pass our stringent checks are recognized as meeting the quality standards and are ready for delivery to customers.

Step 11.

We collaborate with renowned international couriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS, enabling us to deliver your parcel to any location within 3-5 business days, regardless of your geographical location.
